Mother’s Day is a time to celebrate that special bond between mother and child. We all know how good a mother’s love can feel, and the hole it leaves when we don’t get it – and research backs this up. Studies show that children can suffer lifelong consequences when that bond is broken.

At Parisi House on the Hill, we support women on their journey to break free from addiction and rebuild their lives so they can be there for their kids. We are one of only a few residential treatment centers in the Bay Area where women can stay with their babies and young children. Our work is focused on strengthening the bond between mother and child because every child deserves the loving care of their mother.
